INTEGRATED INFORMATION SERVICE

Integrated Information Service (IIS) is the trading name of Industry Training Australia (ITA). The Company has delivered consultancy services to government and non-government organisations in the education and training sector since 1998.

IIS has an established reputation for effectively developing and delivering information and communication services on often complex issues. These services may be focused on the needs of networks of organisations or the general public.

The Company is not aligned to government or industry bodies and so, as a ‘neutral third party’, IIS has the flexibility to work in partnership with a broad range of stakeholders.

IIS has an extensive network of contacts including Australian Apprenticeships Support Network providers, Registered Training Organisations, Group Training Organisations, Skills Service Organisations, Australian, State and Territory governments, and careers groups.

IIS’s capabilities include:

The ability to develop effective digital communications content;
Significant experience of Australian Apprenticeships and vocational education and training policy and initiatives, providing a foundation for an insightful interpretation of government policy;
Active participation in an extensive range of stakeholder networks;
Daily contact with employers, jobseekers, students and their influencers providing labour market intelligence;
The ability to develop client focused, cross-platform digital communications and specific resources.

These factors combine to provide our clients with an effective problem solving resource that develops and manages communication and information provision solutions for their stakeholders.

Our Work

Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Service
IIS developed and delivers the Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Service (AATIS), an Australian Government Department of Education and Training funded initiative.

This is a national information service incorporating a cross-platform digital presence, as well as a person to person communication element.

Australian Apprenticeships Pathways website
www.aapathways.com.au
This website was developed to meet the needs of schools, students, jobseekers, parents and employers who have an interest in Australian Apprenticeships. The site is a ‘self help tool’ that is also used by careers advisers when discussing career options with students, and is also used at job and careers expos.

Australian Apprenticeships – My Gain YouTube channel
www.mygain.com.au
This resource provides a library of videos of apprentices, trainees, employers and other stakeholders talking about Australian Apprenticeships.

IIS’s surveys of website users indicate that these sites are consistently regarded as a primary information resource in the Australian Apprenticeships sector.
